If you dropped Jessica Rosato off in a foreign land she would make friends and find her way home effortlessly. She might also buy some property or start a new business if she saw the right opportunity.

You know why? Because Rosato, a Dartmouth College graduate, is someone who gathers facts, puts pieces of a puzzle together and then flourishes in the newly created environment. She did that in 2001 when she became a franchisee for Ben & Jerry’s in Delray Beach. Although Rosato came to Delray from New York, she navigated her new hometown, met people, joined organizations and charities, created marketing strategies and kept the business going strong. “I fell instantly in love with Delray Beach and immersed myself in the community and its culture. I created a thriving business alongside my father for over six years,” said Rosato who was raised in Southern Vermont.

From Delray Beach, Rosato took a departure from the norm. She headed to Burlington, Vermont and worked for Music Contact International, a company that builds exceptional customized concert tours and music festivals in the US and overseas. Here she had to dive into a new territory, negotiating contracts with domestic and foreign suppliers, creating tours from the ground up, traveling locally and internationally, and insuring that the entire event – from start to finish – was an experience of a lifetime. Creativity is nothing new for Rosato though who holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute. Surrounding herself in art and architecture and immersing herself in art history is something that has never left her side.
Hitting the ground running is something that Rosato is good at. Watching her father, Massimo, run businesses in Vermont taught her how to work hard and value honor more than the dollar – the person more than the transaction. That in itself has set the stage for Rosato’s third act – that of a luxury residential real estate professional for Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty in Boca Raton, a company known for its superb marketing initiatives, extensive global reach and accessibility to the finest homes all over the world. As a realtor, Rosato has been utilizing her superb customer service skills, attention to detail, attentiveness to clients’ needs, honesty, stellar work ethic, negotiating skills and understanding of the luxury real estate market in Palm Beach County.

It’s not unusual for Rosato to show up at client’s new home with flowers to make them feel welcome, and it’s not unusual for her to go above and beyond the call of duty for others.
