Connecting the dots. . . She knows where she comes from and she knows where she’s headed. Where others may come upon the proverbial “fork in the road” and hesitate over which road to take, Jessica Rosato would simply find a way to connect the two and forge ahead.
This self-proclaimed “Concierge Realtor” has made a name for herself by doing just that, building a vast network of qualified professionals and acting as the bridge to connect each individual client to the knowledge and resources necessary for a successful real estate transaction. Her network consists of the best in the business, all of whom possess the knowledge and authenticity that Rosato herself brings to every closing table. By being attentive to the unique needs of each individual client and coordinating those needs effectively, Rosato has risen to the top of the entrepreneurial ladder.
But, being an entrepreneur is nothing new for this savvy young woman. In 2001, Rosato relocated to Delray Beach from New York City to help open a Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop. “I immediately fell in love with Delray Beach and immersed myself in the community and its culture.” Her commitment to community outreach was the catalyst for her latest entrepreneurial role as Luxury Residential Specialist for Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty.
Within her role at Sotheby’s Realty, Rosato has employed her tireless work ethic, honesty, integrity, artistic expertise and extensive working knowledge of the real estate market in Palm Beach County to uncover new and innovative ways to navigate the home buying and selling process. Having graduated from Dartmouth College and Pratt Institute, Rosato is able to connect her passion for the arts with her business acumen. She uses her art background to help steer clients through any hiccup they may encounter. From properly staging a home to increasing marketability by developing innovative campaigns to attract the right buyer, Rosato comes up with creative solutions to ensure her client’s needs are being met.
Finding a balance seems effortless for Rosato, mother to three year old daughter, Jade. She is a member and Ambassador of the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce where she is very actively involved. She is upcoming President-Elect for the Women’s Council of Realtors where she was honored with this year’s “Rising Star” award. She is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and associated with many local charities. “Community outreach is an integral part of my life. Sharing my love for Delray and my understanding of its inner workings with prospective clients is a major component of my business.”
